Medicare, Medicaid, major medical plans, VSP, Davis, Eyemed, PHCS, BCBS, Anthem, VBA and HMO's
In addition to optical insurance, many medical plans cover a variety of eye health services from pink eye to glaucoma.
We will let you know the options for insurance filing to allow you to make the best decisions regarding your eye health. Although services provided to our patients are their financial responsibility, for your convenience we file insurance and accept assignment for most insurance plans. Please call with specific questions about your coverage.
Fee
Every effort is made to keep the cost of your eyecare as low as possible while maintaining the high standards of care that you expect. Payment for professional services and materials is expected at the time of service. If special payment arrangements are required, a payment plan is available. Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express).
